We created a welcoming and aesthetic entertaining space for guests for an AirBNB in the beautiful seaside location of Rosebud in the Mornington Peninsula.
The entertaining space needed to look fantastic, work in with the aesthetics of the property and provide a comfortable and welcoming space for guests to relax in while providing protection from the elements.
We designed and installed a stunning insulated roof panel with a polished ceiling finish, creating an outdoor entertaining space that allowed for ceiling fans and downlights to be installed for enjoyment all year round, both during the day and in the evenings.
The design of the insulated roof blends seamlessly with the look and feel of the property, providing a stunning enhancement to the enjoyment of the stay for its guests and an increase in value for the property owners. The insulated roof removed the need for the usual support beams, meaning a sturdy yet aesthetically pleasing, open design that preserves the open and airy feeling of the outdoor area.
